Audience Size:
We estimate we'll draw up to 25,000 people over 3 days. This is based on our previous experience in other locations.
That said, for better and for worse, this is our first year in this area, and so uncertainty remains. Our rates this year will reflect that - take advantage of them!
Event Schedule:
The open-to-the-public segment is 3 days long, between October 19th and 21st.
Starting on October 14th, however, the location holds the preliminaries, which are open to the media and to school groups. During the three public days, we'll be open to the public between 10am and 7pm.
Types of spots available:
We offer vendor spots of several sizes, non-vendor spots for non-profit use, and sponsorship banner space ranging from standard banners to your logo under the climber-mounted camera. See details at the bottom of this page.
Media Exposure:
The Space Elevator games are always an attention getter (previous experience).
The games receive overwhelming local coverage, and make it to national and international media outlets.
We expect to award at least one of the two $500,000 prize purse this year, and we will have K-12 winners in the Light Racer championship.
We are currently evaluating the market and waiting to learn more about our projected attendance - Pricing will be available August 15th.
